Garlic Prawns


  1. Mix butter and garlic steak rub in a mixing bowl until well combined. Form into a roll with plastic food wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  2. Thread prawns onto bamboo skewers then place slices of the garlic butter onto prawn skewers.
  3. Grill, BBQ or pan fry prawns for 1 minute each side until golden. Serve with a garden salad or steamed vegetables.
  4. NB/ use remaining butter to make garlic bread; melt onto steak, poultry or fish or enhance the flavour of roasted vegetables.
